Jeremy Trace - Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy was previously Director of the Board of Management (Services) and Director of HR, Procurement & Real Estate for one of the world's largest Financial Services companies, Munich Re. Here he was responsible for a portfolio of 28 companies in 20 countries across Europe, Africa and Latin America. Prior to this he headed the HR team in Continental Europe for Fidelity Investments, starting his career within Ford Motor Company. His consultancy work has extended to Healthcare start-ups, Fintechs, Royal Chartered organisations, and NGOs. He has also aided private individuals, including on a pro-bono basis, to protect their employment rights against employers who are unwilling to respect them.

He has lived in the UK, Luxembourg, Spain and Germany, worked globally, and is in tune with the commercial advantages of diversity, in its broadest possible sense. Whether working with complex global corporations or start-ups, he has partnered CEOs/Chairs and their Boards in strategies delivering innovation, profitable growth, and sustainability.

He holds a Masters' in Chemistry from Oxford University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from UEL and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD). He has completed The Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma, is an elected member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) and an expert Coach & Mentor.

Jeremy is an avid traveller, has interests in archaeology and natural history and enjoys live music.

Christelle Muller - Director of Research & Operations

Christelle has held senior research, operations and programme management roles within companies including TNS (the WPP group) and The Nielsen Company.

She holds a Masters' degree in Public Relations & Communications from HEG Brussels and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Universite Libre de Bruxelles.

She speaks four languages fluently: English, German, French and Luxembourgish. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, Belgium, Luxembourg and the UK.

Christelle is a keen runner and cyclist, usually accompanied on her outings by Hengest the Doberman.
