With our founder's extensive career in Human Resources, it is a natural fit to extend Bowden Penrose's search and selection activity to Human Resources roles.

The main focus of this practise is on senior HR roles within Insurance (Chief HR / People Officers; Heads / Directors / VPs / SVPs of HR, Talent, Compensation & Benefits etc).
