The main focus of this practise is on senior HR roles within Insurance (Chief HR / People Officers; Heads / Directors / VPs / SVPs of HR, Talent, Compensation & Benefits etc). We do, however, also promote high potential HR professionals earlier in their career and take on HR mandates in sectors outside of insurance - particularly Asset Management, Fintech, Automotive & Telecoms.
